too slow when connected to local domain/LAN

Sorry, If I have mixed up the things for you that you do not understand the issue. I am running the application in local network. there is no internet connection and there will not be an internet connection. There are two scenarios both do not have internet access:

1. I installed the app on my pc it loads fine.
2. I plugin the network cable to make the app accessible in the network. It takes too much time to load as I have shown in "issue2.png".

with network cable plugged in.
Developers tools (Network) shows waiting time to load each file. Whenever I press any button the request initiates and the very first request waits too long to fetch the page.

Other issue was obvious, as I can see the page looks for fonts.googleapis, so I placed the css file locally and removed that wait time.
but the main issue still persists as I cannot see what is actually causing the delays. Probably there will be more links line (fonts.googleapis) but I cannot see. if you can help me locate the file locations where there are such links. I could replace those. or if there is another problem going on. kindly help me resolve the issue.

Did you find the issue? I'm experiencing +30 seconds load time on "Application" in timeline.. Whenever I disconnect the machine from internet, everything works fine again.

I also go through this problem and it is almost impossible to use the system. It is clear that the problem is not with the hosting server I have, as other applications of similar complexity work without problems. Can anyone help to increase the performance? "xdebug" is disabled.

Checking the forums again. 3 years later, no solution. 3 Years.
It is genuinely faster for me to use pen and paper than to wait 30-45 seconds for every SINGLE DAMN MOUSE CLICK.
WTF is going on!!?!?!!?
