Uploading an app to the store?

I tried to upload an app to the store today, everything seemed to work, but it did not return any comment, just the original form...

Not sure if this is what is supposed to happen?

failed the first time.. I then put some text in the turkish tab and it uploaded

Now how to set the price? Its been disabled

I was told I couldn't put up an app that competes with an Akaunting developed app? Either way, Receipts NG is stuck at "Pending" can it be either deleted, or rejected so I can either fix it or delete it?

We've not developed such an app but yes, your app must "really" have some added values to existing ones in order to get accepted.
