1.3.9 now broken

Upgraded today to 1.3.9. When I try and save an invoice I get:

Andy, from which version did you update? What happened during the update? Have you done any customization to the code?

Upgraded from 1.3.8. Upgraded using upgrade feature in Akaunting. Nothing abnormal occured during the upgrade. I noted that the version at the bottom of the page was at 1.3.9 and I could use the system with the exception that I could not save an invoice.
I have not made any moditications other than installing the latetest version of Custom Fields (also broken see emails to support) and turning on logging.
From the loggs it looked like the issue was being caused by the Custom Field app so this morning I decided to uninstalled Custom Fields app (as my system is unusable at this point). I used the uninstall feature in the Apps menu. The uninstall loooks like it did not work and now my system is completely useless as when I try and access the application I get this:

Was able to get Akaunting functional again by deleting storage/framework/cache for Custom Field. Then reinstalled the App. Seems to be working OK now. Still working on some asks for Custom Fields.
