500 error on email and save

Hi all, 

   I'm trying to set this all up on a hosted server. 

When I create an invoice and try and save as PDF.

My browser loads and loads then I get a 500 error and the PDF is not downloaded.

This also happens when I try and email using gmails stmp server settings. I have enabled debug but no output from that. 

Any assistance would be great then I can switch to this fulltime

Shane, please, try to upload your logo with lower quality.

  Is there a size you recommend? 

Lower quality is rendered easier so it depends on your server performance.

  I tried your suggestion and used a 1.84kb png file but still have same issue..

My server and domain is with Crazy Domains Australia.

good news and bad. My invoices finnaly get sent but there is a 6 to 8 hr delay from clicking to reciving.

Saving the PDF i still have had no luck with.. my fix is to click print and save as a PDF then just email it after.
