500 error when printing/dowloading invoice [cloud]

    So the server generates 500 internal error when printing or attempting to download or print the invoice on the cloud/hosted platform. This also FYI happens on the self-hosted version that we attempted first.
    So this might be a bug in the software or???

    Can someone please respond to this. this no the self hosted version but Akaunting's cloud hosted version that is failing..

    It's not a bug that you forgot to change it in default settings, if not, it will automatically select 500 number set.

    That is just a garbage response and you added spam too you link your website to rank it.

    We have change the settings and you do not know what you're talking about.
