500 Internal Server Error

Hello! I was trying to change the role of my user some days ago and then an error popped up. Since then the Users tab has disappeared and whenever I click on my profile I get this message: 500 Internal Server Error
We will work on fixing that right away.
However it has been like this for 10 days and it hasn't been fixed. Does anyone have the same problem or can anyone help me with that? Thanks in advance.
