500 Internal Server Error

Hi Support, I am creating my first invoice as a test to myself. When I try to send I get '500 Internal Server Error ". Can you advise how to resolve this ? Do I need to specify an smtp server ? I'm using phpmail.

I would also like to add that i specified the correct smtp server and had my hosting provider check which they confirmed is ok. Phpmail does not work which means it’s a potential issue with akaunting. Thanks to advise.

2 weeks and no replies. I take it this is a common issue that does not have a solution ? >_>
