500 Internal Server error - account disappeared

I created afree account last week and created a test invoice, send it via email and the link was clickable. I try again today, and the invoice link gives a [500 Internal Server Error] and it seems my account no longer existss as I cannot login, and if I create a new account it lets me. What is going on here?

To add, this is the Akaunting Hosted version, not the self-hosted version.
