500 Internal Server Error Oops! Something went wrong

I am trying to login into my account. But this is shown on UI.
on console, it prints this.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

I have the same issue since 2 days ago, it's not solved yet and I have not received any input from akaunting team...

well i have figured it out, its issue in dashboard only. try any other urls, like transactions or bills. they are working.

I got another error when I try to log into my companies :
"403 Forbidden
Oops! Access Forbidden"
It has been 2 days for me, I am looking at my forum post every hour in hope that some tech on the team will even bother to read my call for help.
I tried creating new companies but same thing happens. Right after creation I get forbidden access.
