I have added a new company but whenever I try to update company details or create an invoice I get a 500 server error
Did I not set up properly?

I'm also getting a 500 error when I try to complete my first Backup & Restore backup. Is this apart of the same issue?

You should be creating a ticket for that Backup& Restore app to the related developer.
