I have been denied access to the software. I was preparing an invoice. clicked on refresh and was completely denied access. Please help. It month end and I have invoices to send out. Thanks

Hi Caroline,
Access deny issues can be related to security firewalls. You can access the system after a couple of hours of ban.

As I checked you are using the Akaunting self-hosted. Therefore the first solution is that you should you to your database and then you should delete your IPs inside the following path
{YOUR_DB_PREFIX}_firewall_ips
{YOUR_DB_PREFIX}_firewall_logs
The second solution is that you can disable the firewall inside the ".env" file by making the following like that 'FIREWALL_ENABLED=false'
