Access Denied

Good afternoon!
So I logged out from my company, then when I try to log in again it says 'Access Denied.' What seems to be the problem, and how can I access this again?

Hi Ria,
The access deny issues can be related to the Security Firewalls. Therefore you should be able to access to your account within couple of hours.
