Access Denied

Hello, we recently logged into our account without any problems. However, upon making an attempt now, we continue to get an "Access Denied" message.

Can anyone assist.

Hi I was getting the error at the login stage. However, the issue seems to have been resolved.

Is there a solution to this as i stupidly entered the wronf password and now it shows access denied
