Access Denied

Hello

Cannot get access to my company, when in dashboard press login, get a Access Denied in the top right corner of the browser.

Sorry for no screen shot but if need will be provided

Is this a brand new install or have you been using it for a while? Can you login under a different user id?

Same problem
Made a copy of an invoice, it would not send the email and now says "Access Denied" on computer and mobile app
