Access Denied

Is anyone else receiving an "Access Denied" error after logging in?

I had as soon as I enter the URL of Akaunting software but not after login in. I called to the ISP and they reset my router and it worked back again. It also worked when I use VPN.

This usually is there after 4 times entering wrong login details, I think. My staff enter the wrong password 4 times and got access denied for my IP address. I removed block IP address from the database on table firewall_ something. but be careful if you direct change on database.
