Access Denied error message after repeated wrong password

I downloaded Akounting web app and set up on my local computer and it was all set up and worked but after few days I tried to login but I forgot password and I repeatedly typed wrong password. Then, I got the message - access denied. Even I refresh or change URL every it direct to localhost/akounting/auth/login and got message access denied. How can I resolve this. I have set up locally, So, I have db, all source code. what shall I make change to it solve this?
Please help.

u can solve by entering the DB than find the table name: firewall_ips u can delete the the ip address has be listed on block
