access denied for some network. not all

Hello,
I am wondering why in some WIFI network can't open this accounting software which is on the cloud. It is normal in my home wifi but on office, it says "ACCESS DENIED" and I can't open at all. Why did access deny to my office network?

I contacted the ISP and they reset my wifi router and it worked now.
