Hi. I successfully install it in my localhost.
http://localhost/akaunting/auth/login 

How can i register account so that I can log in ??

You should login with the email+password you entered during installation. For new users, check the following article:

I had the same issue and find a solution.

In my case it was the .htaccess missing (because it's hidden in most OS').

If you copying the dowloaded Version make sure you copy the .htaccess ind the root-Folder aswell.
