Add a transaction takes me to users page

We have installed the on premises version.

Started adding previous transactions one by one as couldn't get the import to work.

Just gone to add new income and each time we do it loads the users page.

Anyone any idea as to what is happening?

The auto-routing you are referring to happens when you reach the limits on the plan page. Please review the Plan page and check if you have reached the limits
