add new user from existing akaunting user

hi, i just created a new company and want to add new user from an existing akaunting user, however i cant do this because email has been used, is there any workaround?

looks like there's another issue, i have created the user using another email, and for testing purpose, i deleted the company and then recreated the company, after that i tried to re add the user, same error message occur, email has been used before

when i tried to login using the email, it just cant login

thoughts?

also users on https://app.akaunting.com and https://akaunting.com are considered as different users?
