Add User Rights

Hello may I request that to add another User type. That He can only Input data,Report a data,add Item but he will not allowed to edit the company setting.

By this it will lessen the human error to the system. Because some of the user they will messed the system settings. Adding categories that made duplication,.

Example the Admin made category of Vehicle-Transpo Expenses. and then the manager (suppose to be a user only / Junior Accountant) will also made a new category "Fuel/Gasoline" that suppose to be in will fall in one category.

Atleast the admin will only give the user which rights they can made.

But hope all user can add data and print a report.

Hello sir.Dennis I create new role. Can you give me advise to set this. I need a User Role that He can only add,edit,delete the Items. Because I need to make a warehouse supervisor which He is only concern with the item stock and purchasing of item ... beyond that he is not allow to edit. He is allowed to see details but not edit nor delete.
