Added user with no company selection

I added a user but negelected to select a company. I only have one company and did not realize I needed to make a selection. Now, I can't see the user to delete the user or add a company. And I can't add the user again since I receive a message that the email is taken. How can I correct this situation?

You will need to do it only from the database.

Table user_companies

Take the user_id and the company_id and add it there.
