Adding Customer not working in 1.2.8 - Bug

After upgrading to 1.2.8 I can no longer add a customer. I get the "ooppps..." screen when I click on Save

cant add a customer

items menu disappear

switch companies disappear

i also update it into 1.2.9, still doesnt work

Updating to 1.2.9 corrected this issue I was having. I can now add and update customers.

Hi. After upgrading to 1.2.11 I can't add a new user.
