Adding file to purchase fails.

At the moment, adding a file to a purchase results in failure to save the purchase. When not adding a file, the purchase saves without a problem. Then going back to edit the purchase and adding a file, fails to save the purchase again.

I was trying to attach a PDF. I'm using the hosted version of your software, which reports being version 2.1.19.

I just tried it again, and the problem persists. The console reports:
