after end of fiscal year and new fiscal year

Hello,
after the end of new fiscal year, how do we pursue the business transaction? Shall we create company again, or shall we continue on the same. Suppose in our country, fiscal start 16July each year, how do we continue our business transaction from new fiscal year in Akaunting software? In tally software, they create again new company for new fiscal years and pull all the opening balance for all accounts on 16July.
