App email can't be changed

There's an issue with the profiles. In the app (http://app.akauting.com) the email cannot be changed as you can see on the attached image https://ibb.co/r0480gt.
The field is in grey, not in white so is blocked.

The email of the can dashboard be changed yes BUT that doesn't affect the email on the app because the system is treating them as different users https://akaunting.com/dashboard VS http://app.akauting.com
