Since v 2.0 If I try to run php artisan cache:clear I get the following error:

Which akaunting version are you running?

I'm running 3.1.4 trying to upgrade to 3.1.5. The full explanation is, I click upgrade, the progress bar appears, then nothing happens. Reload the page and try again. I do this about 3 times and eventually get this error. So, it really seems like a broken upgrade process with 3.1.4, but I don't know.
