Assign invoice to transaction

Hi,

I use an import of MT940 to import all transactions.
How do i assign an existing payment to an invoice ?
If i mark it as paid, it will create another transaction.

When creating a transaction, the invoice dropdown is greyed out, and when editing its not there at all.
