Audit Trail

I wanted to find out if there is a way to trace all user actions in the system. The problem I'm having specifically is that one of my accounts has become unbalanced likely due to a transaction by another user. They are unable to remember the mistake they made, so I needed a way to trace back their actions in the system, without having to go through hundreds of transactions in order to do so.
