Automatic %20 deduction is applied to all transactions

I don't understand. All incomes and expenses are recorded to the system with a %20 deduction. For example I add an expense, 1000 TL, I see it in reports as 800 TL. This is in self hosted mod. Cloud mode is working properly. 

Please refer to the Akaunting currency you have set up on your local server. Problaly diffrent your cloud currency.

I set USD Currency and Try currency1:1 it’s working now.
