Hello,

How can the bank detail could be applied on the customer invoice ? The bank number, payment terms...

I avoid to put that in Notes because I use them to describe the invoice.

Thanks,

Martin

Hi Martin,

You can write this in the description section when the invoice is created or you can edit the created bill later and you can add description.

Last one you can find the description part on the invoice creation screen.

Hi batuhan,

In fact I use the description to discribe the kind of cost. It is useful when I extract the invoice and send it to my accountant. It is not easy to sumarize it with the item description.

Therefore I i had the bank data into the description in order to advice my customer how to paid it won't be easy to have a short description of the invoice anymore.

Description if more " Invoice for service delivery of ... related to ..."

I would expect to have a functionality that add a footer section with the bank detail.

Is it something possible?

Thank you,

Martin.

Hello,

Is there any news on this? It's annoying that when I send a PDF to a customer, it doesn't automatically include the offline payment details on it.

Thanks

Why don't we jet have the payment details printed on the customers invoices.
How are why to pay if we don't use the portal.

Was this ever resolved? I am wanting my customers to pay via my bank information, but not sure how to make this happen
