Bill import sheet not working

Hello, I have been trying to import a bill from Wave, so I downloaded the example sheet and filled it with my data, but every time I uploaded it a small popup showed up in the corner saying "error 220". I tried to fill the excel sheet in many possible ways but I don't know why it still shows the error. Send help pls
