Why invoice and bill dropdown is disabled in revenue & payment?

When editing a Payment the bills dropdown even dissappears. I'm using the official Akaunting instance, not on my own server.

Same problem here. The Bill dropdown within the Create Payment Form is disabled. Hence it is not possible to assign the payment to a Bill. This is very bad for a accounting software.

I use the Double Entry Bookkeeping Plugin - This might cause this issue?
