Any reason why my logo and sales invoice information turn up on a bill/purchase invoice?

As you see; when adding a bill it generate a bill number, but show it as an invoice from me (my information as a seller in the header) to my supplier (as a buyer). It doesn't make sense.

(BTW, my logo didn't load properly in this case - guess your system is overloaded as it loads as syrup)
