if I create an invoice and connect the standard paypal, and give the user only a link to the invoice, he does not see the pay via paypal button in guest mode. The button appears only if it logs in as a client. Is this the right behavior?

I tried to repeat this problem on my own server - there is no such problem, the button is displayed for the guest.
Perhaps the problem is that on the cloud the admin has manager rights, and on its own server admin rights.
