Cannot Checkout to Payment because card is expired

Hi, I want to buy some apps on the store. My card is expired, but my bank send me a new one. Then, I try to enter the detail from Add new Card. But, when I click pay it still shows that the card expired. I try to check the "my cards" page on subscription but I cannot edit the current card detail.

I dont have another card. Anybody have the same issues?
