cannot edit/delete revenue / payments

Hi I'm on version 1.3.17 and I cannot edit or delete any revenues or payments. Only the 'duplicate' option exists.

For Invoices and Bills all is working fine. Its just the missing options for the revenues and payments.

Any suggestions how to fix this? Thnx.

 Ok so I've just worked out that it concerns an accidentally duplicated record that was reconciled. So I've deleted the reconciliation and have removed the record.
