Cannot import customers

wanted to try this to manage my small home business with less than 20 items and around 250 customers, but cannot import customers, and without that I have to stick to what I'm using now.
Using the cloud version, used the template file to export, added the data in the correspondent columns, but it takes the file and shows the progress, looks like it's finished on top of the page but the "Import" button keeps showing like it's working, I left that running for hours but it doesn't add customers or thrwo errors. Converted the file to XLS too, but no luck either way

I'm using 2.1.7

Same to me, it says I will be notified by mail but that never happened nor customers were listed either. It seems that once again Akounting wants us to pay support.
