Can't add new company

Hi all,
I'm trying to add new company, I got that error message https://prnt.sc/ucwuco
I'm using last version 2.0.21, php 7.3.19 and Mariadb 10.1.46.
Please advise.

You can delete the "category" column from the "xyz_module_histories" table via phpMyAdmin.
