can't buy the app anymore

I bought "Print(Invoice)Template" and still running and installed. This app will expire in 8 months. I want to buy some app again, but now your payment system refused. I still use same credit card to make payment. Any solution?

You're trying to make the payment with the new card but it's not open to international transactions. Please, ask your bank to allow it and/or use another card.
