Can't create Invoice

Hi!
I have a problem creating an Invoice. When I want to Add an Invoice, the info is
"Oops! Something went wrong 500 Internal Server Error"

I uploaded a file with Invoices, but it didn't work. Never gotten status info to my email address.

I am not sure is it only for my account or others face the same problem?

Thank you for the feedback. We could not reproduce the issue on our end and no users mentioned of this issue. I am trying to understand the root of the issue. If you are still getting this error could you please provide more information?

This is valid issue of throwing 500 Internal Error when creating Sales Invoice not with Purchase Invoice.

You can create Sales Invoice from Admin but not as a newly created user by Admin.

Try creating a new User and then log in and then create new sales invoice, it will show 500 Internal Error

I am the only use of the account.
I created an account.
When I open my profile there is info that I am a manager. I assume that means that I have admin rights. Is that correct?

I am using the app in Serbian, but I don't think it is a problem. Everything works except that feature.

When I open the Akaunting - Sales - Invoice - Add
I see the message:
Oops! Something went wrong
500 Internal Server Error
We will work on fixing that right away.

That's everything I know. I can add Bills under the Purchases, but not Invoices in the sector Sales

It seems it was about the user rights.
I changed something, but it saved it too fast and I am not sure what happened. Now, I don't have access to my account. I can see my profile, but cannot manage users and accounts.
How I can have it back?

You can change the roles of your Users from the phpMyAdmin Panel manually and then you will be able to access your Admin account.
