Cant Export Import File Example

Hello,

Recently I started to use Akaunting and I am facing a weird issue when I am trying to download the an example file. Instead of the download start a new tab is opened and the page reloaded. This is different from when I try to export a file, I can download the exported file normally.

Anyone already faced this issue?

First thing i tried on cloud version and got 403 forbidden error .. after selecting a file Nothing happens but pressed import anyway. All these software solutions give me headaches. I Just keep with simple excel accounting its much safer.
