Can't Unzip when upgrading

Have found a bug in 1.3.15 but want to upgrade before I report it.

Am trying to upgrade to 1.3.17 but keep getting an error:

Downloading Akaunting 1.3.17 file.
Extracting Akaunting 1.3.17 files.
can not unzip!

This is on a WAMP installation and I've upgraded okay before. Thanks for any advice.

Hello,

That is caused by the strict file/folder permissions on your machine.

Thanks Denis, but no matter what I do I can't get it to work. I have full access to the server so is there a way of manually doing an update?
