Cashflow Widget on the Dashboard Correct

The cash flow widget didn't pick up the correct values for a given date range. For example, I selected a date range of 01/01/2017 to 12/31/2017. It appears that it excluded some records for 12/31/2017 due to the time stamp. It was only after I went into the database and updated the field paid_at to 2017-12-31 00:00:00 that the cash flow widget picked up the correct amount.

I meant to say Cashflow Widget on the Dashboard Incorrect.
