Change email templates not being saved

Hello,
Happy you released 2.0 of Akaunting and now having the ability to change the emailtemplates through UI. There looks like to be a bug as change to the emailtemplates are not being saved. Is this a known bug?
The save button keeps loading as it is try to connect with something.
