I have found one post on this subject, with four responses but no real solution. I am new to Akaunting and would like my clients to have access to their own portals. I have set myself up as a customer, so I can try and sign in to a client portal but I'm having no joy. I am attempting to sign in with my email address and the password I set up for myself, as a client, but I am just getting an error message saying the details aren't correct. Am I doing something wrong or is this an issue with Akaunting? Do I need to set up the protocol on the email template page in order for emails to be sent to customers?
Hi Tracy,
If you try to generate an invoice and send it to the client, they will receive an email with a link on the invoice number from which they can choose to login their portal. Try this route instead.
