When I instruct Akaunting to send an invoice via the client's email, they receive an invoice that is blank, meaning there are no billable items listed. I then have to manually send them a downloaded pdf version. This has happened 3 times in the last month (Jan 2022).

How do you send an email to your customer? Which service or app do you use? If you provide me with more information, I can help you. In my opinion, the items added to an invoice are not added to the email or pdf view.
I have always sent them from within Akaunting using the send invoice button.
