Company creation

Hello,
I am new here and was trying to create a company. But it is taking an awful lot of time to do so. It's been more than hour and it still is creating. Is this usual or is there a problem?

I have the same issue in the cloud. It's my first time also using it, and for the past few weeks this hasn't been working. I get a 500 error in dev tools for the the post uri "/companies/create".
