Cost of Goods Sold and Accounting for stock

Can anyone help me if the following can be implemented and is there a way in the current software

What seems to be missing is the following:

1. Transfer Items from one category to another. Why? Because our item after spending some time in our facility will have to be altered and change item type

2. Ability to calculate the COGS. Right now, it is not available. COGS are really the cost incurred for the goods (i.e. cost of supplies, customs, duties, shipping, unloading, etc).

3. Quantities: If you choose a SKU and add a bigger quantity than what is available (once you create an invoice, your items count go to negative (bug)

4. Quantities: If your invoice has non-integer values (i.e. 3.42), it will note the invoice with the proper value but the update to the stock is not does that way. So, the stock is a full integer and it is another bug

If COGS is duly assessed, we can create invoices with 0$ value for samples. For me, it is fundamental to know how much stock is going away at 0$ whether they are dead and bad, samples or others to understand how profitable operations are.
