With the new update, I can not add more customers to the Akaunting Cloud, can you tell me if there is any limitations ?
When I said limitations, I mean with the number of customers that you can add in the cloud.

Thanks for your reply. If there is no restrictions, in this case, after the upgrade, I can not add more customers and neither edit the customers profile.

Please can you give me a feedback about the problem, my company is growing more that 1475 clients ( the last client created in the system), and after the upgrade we could not create more customers.
My clients were fascinated with the all the features of the system, specially that they can see online all the bills. Moreover, many of them are interested in use the app in their companies. Here in my company we explain to the customers all system advantages.
We neet to know, just if you are working on the problem, because we are thinking in purchase more apps to do the entire accaunting cycle, give stimates and receive payments , but if there is not any response soon, we are loosing time and all the benefits that Akaunting is giving to us are not properly used and the clients are experiencing the changes.
Please just give a little feedback, ir order that we can stay with akaunting and nor to change systems.

I have just deleted the company and created another one, bingo! That solve my problem.
Can just help me in how I can upload a file with the customers but that they can access to the invoice portal ? Because I uploaded all the contacts, but they have no access. Maybe in the excel format there is any additional column that I can add it in order to solve the problem
I deleted the company and now I have no access due to a "500 Internal Server Error"
